8 formflows

A formflow is a form that keeps a person in the loop. An initiation is the form a person fills in to start a work case; an intervention is the form a person fills in when a case needs them to step in. A model names its formflow, and work waits for it: a case is not started, and an intervention is not answered, without its form.
