What a person sees depends on the operational role they hold and on the stage of what they are looking at. Choose a role to see the phases it takes and what it sees at each stage.

| Backlog | The request, the case it belongs to with its stage, the correlated cases and documents, and who asked. | Claim intervention, submit a response, decline with a reason, delegate or escalate. |
| In progress | The same, marked as theirs; others see who has it. | Answer, decline with a reason, delegate, escalate. |
| Completed | The answer given, who gave it and when, with the full history. Read only. | No further actions. The intervention is completed. |
| Declined | The reason it was declined and by whom. Read only. | No further actions. Follow-up is managed by the requester. |
| Withdrawn | That it was withdrawn and by whom. Read only. | No actions available. |
