Work Case Control

How work moves

5 workflows

A workflow decides how work moves. Each work case type has one: the stages a case goes through and the forms it asks for. Each model of the type is a sequence of phases, each done by an assignee in an operational role; a case is an instance of a model and follows its phases. An intervention is not a phase: it is asked for only when a case needs someone to phase in.
